  1. Hi… Im having trouble viewing the content. I can’t seem to get past the dashboard page so I can access the workouts. The continue button at the bottom of the page is not visible today!😐

    1. When you log in and on the dashboard do you even see Retrain Your Core there ? If yes click on the title and it should take you to the course.

        1. Hey Sara it shows you having access, sometimes there is a glitch in the system. Try refreshing and see if works.

    For some reason I am having difficulty accessing the programs I purchased. Yesterday everything was working fine but today it isn’t showing anything in my dashboard. Thanks so much!

  4. I am having the same issue as the people below. On Dashboard there is nothing on that page, no way to select workouts
    I have tried refreshing, I have tried accessing on different computers still does not work.

  6. I was in the middle of going through the 16×16 challenge I purchased from you and all of the sudden, the only thing I can access is the 7 day ab jump start. I also purchased HIIT to Fit and that disappeared as well. I logged in and logged back out and refreshed the page several times and it still doesn’t work. Thanks!

  10. I’m having the same issues. I ordered the Retrain Your Core workouts but can’t access it. Nothing shows up in my dashboard. I tried refreshing but no luck. Is there a fix for this? Thanks

    1. Try refreshing you page, sometimes there is a minor glitch in the system but after a few refreshes it works. Let us know if you still have problems.

  17. Same issue here – I purchased the core workouts yesterday and there is still nothing showing in my Dashboard. I’ve done a hard refresh so it resets the cache and tried two different browsers and still nothing shows. I’d like to start working out ASAP. Please advise. Thanks!
